Bruno
Bruno Cavalli was born near Bassano del Grappa, Italy, July 12, 1949. At 27 years old he began to approach the path of self-seeking. During this journey he met and appreciated J. Krishnamurti, Vimala Thakar, D.P.R. Kaushik .
He has been teaching for almost 30 years a natural approach to meditation. This approach does not need any special skill or knowledge.
Learning to be with ourselves develops that feeling in which each personal element is weakened, opening up authentic spaces and experiences, until the end of any conflict, which has as its ultimate meaning the end of the self and of its knowledge.
This not directed learning, the result of kind and honest listening, takes place in everyday life, without time, moods, goals and expected results.The ‘moment’, the only reality, is the way.
