The Meditation Center " Il Risveglio" is located in the Tuscan hills near Grosseto.
We welcome teachers and groups who are looking for a place to hold their retreats, a place for holistic activities only, we offer the possibility of staying in a quiet and pleasant place, for the exclusive use of the hosted group in a laic and informal way.
Meditation
Meditation is a way of being part of the universe. It has nothing to do with any human activity.
Self-knowledge is the acceptance of any inner motion.
Reintegration into naturalness of what is impersonal (meditation) takes place, in this way, spontaneously.
