The structure that will host you dates back to the early 1900s and enjoys a beautiful potion with a view of the Maremma hills;

The main structure is on two floors; on the ground floor there is the communal lounge where there is wifi and where meals are served, characterised by the presence of a rustic fireplace that will keep you company during moments of conviviality and bright and welcoming rooms.

On the first floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The furniture in the rooms has been handcrafted by restoring and painting old furniture, giving it a new life. The rooms can be given as doubles or for single use.
Adjacent to the main building is a small independent cottage that has retained the original structure of the barn from which it was built. Inside it has a loft and a private wifi line while outside it has a comfortable patio.

By car:
From Florence: exit at Grosseto east, follow the signs for Scansano, along the SP 159 (Scansanese) up to Km 60/1. You can find us on the right.
From Rome: exit Grosseto south, follow the signs for Scansano, arrived on the SP 159 (Scansanese) drive up to km 60/1. You can find us on the right

By plane:
The nearest airports are in Pisa (1:30 hours far away ), Florence (2 hours far ) and Rome (2 hours far),
from Pisa airport there is a shuttle service to the train station, you can take the direct train to Grosseto,
from Florence airport there is a shuttle service to the train/bus station, from there you can take the direct bus to Grosseto which is cheap and fast ;
From Rome Fiumicino there is a train to the central station and then a direct train to Grosseto. 

For Groups: we have established an agreement with a bus company that offers a shuttle service from the main airports (Pisa, Florence, Rome) to the center (contact us for details).
