Il Risveglio welcomes groups or individuals by offering a space where the practices come first, favoured by the whole environment;

We have a large and bright 70 mq yoga room equipped with cushions, mats and blankets that can accommodate up to 20 people. The room can be used all year round as it is equipped with a heating system. Outside, you will find practice spaces, either on the lawn in the shade of oak and holm oak trees or in the middle of the olive grove and a tiled area.

We offer a rich and varied buffet with dishes created using raw materials that are always fresh, whole, seasonal and local so as to benefit from all their valuable properties.
Our cook will introduce you to dishes that combine typical Maremma and Tuscan cuisine with oriental aromas and flavours.

During the summer season you can use the pergola during meals, in Maremma and particularly where we are located, the wind mitigates the summer heat, making this a pleasant moment. In keeping with the nature of the place and our proposal, we have mapped out numerous paths of varying lengths so that you can take long, silent walks accompanied only by the sounds of the surrounding nature, pointing out spots where you can practice not only near the structure but also within the 40 hectares of unspoilt landscape that surround it.
